Ingredients:
Batter:
- 2 cups De Molen [Ambrosia Whole Wheat flour]
- 2 cups unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cream cheese filling:
- Set ½ cup dough aside
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Preparation:
- Mix the butter together with 1 ½ cup of white sugar. Add 1 egg at a time while mixing.
- Then mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, coloring, white vinegar and vanilla essence.
- Mix until smooth and set ½ cup of the batter aside.
- Place the rest of the batter in a baking tin with baking paper on the bottom.
- Mix the cream cheese with ½ cup of sugar until smooth for the cream cheese filling. Then add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix well Spread the cream cheese mixture carefully over the brownie batter.
- Divide spoonfuls of the ½ cup batter over the brownie and swirl these two layers together with a knife or skewer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ⁰Ⅽ for 30-40 min.
