Ingredients:

Batter:

  • 2 cups De Molen [Ambrosia Whole Wheat flour]
  • 2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cup white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Cream cheese filling:

  • Set ½ cup dough aside
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix the butter together with 1 ½ cup of white sugar. Add 1 egg at a time while mixing.
  2. Then mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, coloring, white vinegar and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix until smooth and set ½ cup of the batter aside.
  4. Place the rest of the batter in a baking tin with baking paper on the bottom.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with ½ cup of sugar until smooth for the cream cheese filling. Then add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix well Spread the cream cheese mixture carefully over the brownie batter.
  6. Divide spoonfuls of the ½ cup batter over the brownie and swirl these two layers together with a knife or skewer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ⁰Ⅽ for 30-40 min.
