Ingredients 3-in-1 dough:

  • 3 cups De Molen [Self Rising Flour]
  • 320 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  1. Mix water, yeast and sugar together and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the flour and salt and mix until it forms a dough. Knead this for 10 minutes.
  3. Form into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Close and let rise for 1 hour.

Bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • Everything bagel mix (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 liter of water (for cooking)

Preparation:

  1. Divide the dough into 8 pieces on a table sprinkled with flour. Shape the pieces into balls and let them rest for 10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth.
  2. To form the bagels press without index finger and thumb make a hole through the balls. Then make the hole bigger by slowly stretching the hole with both fingers.
  3. Place the bagels on baking paper and let them rise for 15 min.
  4. Cook each bagel for 1 minute per side in a pot of water and the baking soda.
  5. Brush the bagels with a beaten egg and sprinkle with the everything bagel mix (optional).
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ⁰Ⅽ for 20 min.

Sweet Cinnamon Pretzels

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • Cinnamon sugar (1 cup brown sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon powder)

Preparation:

  1. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll them out into a long lace
  2. Fold these laces into a circle, twist both sides together and bring it back over the circle to form a pretzel.
  3. Cook each pretzel for 30 seconds per side in a pot of water and the baking soda
  4. Brush the pretzels with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 230 ⁰Ⅽ for 20 min. or until golden brown.
  5. Then brush the pretzel with butter and sprinkle it with the cinnamon sugar.

Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of sausage
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds(optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Cut the sausages into the desired size.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 1 cm thick) and cut into 12 long strips.
  3. Wrap the strips around the sausages and cook each side in a pot of water and baking soda for 30 sec. per side.
  4. Then brush them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds (optional).
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ⁰Ⅽ for 15 min. or until golden brown.
