Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups De Molen [All Purpose Flour]
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Aji-No-Moto
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack of sausages
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 potatoes
  • Spicy Big Foot or Hot Cheetos
  • skewers sticks
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • cooking oil

Preparation:

  1. Thread the sausages onto the skewer sticks.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil in water for 10 min. Sprinkle them with cornstarch when cooled.
  3. Mix together De Molen Flour, white sugar, salt, black pepper, adji-no-moto, baking powder, yeast and the Add the water and mix to create a thick & sticky batter.
  4. Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise for 30 – 45 min.
  5. Then cover the sausages with the batter.
  6. Immediately roll them in the potato pieces and then in breadcrumbs. Or roll them in the ground Spicy Big Foot.
  7. Fry for 5-8 min, turning at least once until golden brown on all sides.
