Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups De Molen [All Purpose Flour]
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Aji-No-Moto
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack of sausages
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 potatoes
- Spicy Big Foot or Hot Cheetos
- skewers sticks
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- cooking oil
Preparation:
- Thread the sausages onto the skewer sticks.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil in water for 10 min. Sprinkle them with cornstarch when cooled.
- Mix together De Molen Flour, white sugar, salt, black pepper, adji-no-moto, baking powder, yeast and the Add the water and mix to create a thick & sticky batter.
- Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise for 30 – 45 min.
- Then cover the sausages with the batter.

- Fry for 5-8 min, turning at least once until golden brown on all sides.
