Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup De Molen [Self-Rising flour]
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Garlic butter (½ cup butter, 3 garlic cloves + 1 sprout of Par-Cel celery)
Preparation:
- Mix the water with yeast together and let it rest for 10 min.
- Mix flour, salt, olive oil and the yeast mixture together. Knead the dough on a floured work table. Shape the dough into a ball and let rise in a bowl covered with a damp cloth for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 9 pieces. Roll out the pieces and shape them into knots.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ⁰Ⅽ for 10 min.
- Then grease the garlic knots with the garlic butter and let them fry for another 5 min.
