Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup De Molen [All Purpose Flour]
- ¾ cup brown sugar.
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⅓ cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together in a large bowl.
- Then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Add with a strainer the flour, salt and baking soda.
- Mix everything together.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll 2-3 tablespoons (depending on how big you like cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 min.
- Take them out when they barely start to brown.
- Let them rest on the baking tray for 2 min. before placing them on the cooling rack.
