Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup De Molen [All Purpose Flour]
  • ¾ cup brown sugar.
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⅓ cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together in a large bowl.
  4. Then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  5. Add with a strainer the flour, salt and baking soda.
  6. Mix everything together.
  7. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  8. Roll 2-3 tablespoons (depending on how big you like cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 min.
  10. Take them out when they barely start to brown.
  11. Let them rest on the baking tray for 2 min. before placing them on the cooling rack.
